1. Overview
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or use our services, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We only process information that we genuinely need in order to operate, and we never sell it to third parties.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
Account data — name, email address, company and the credentials you create when registering.
Usage data — pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type.
Communication data — messages you send us through forms, email or support channels.
3. How we use your data
We process personal data to provide and maintain the service, to authenticate users, to respond to enquiries, to detect and prevent abuse, and to meet our legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent — for example for analytics or marketing email — you may withdraw it at any time.
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by writing to our data protection contact below.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Optional analytics cookies are only set once you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time from the footer of any page.
5. Retention
Account records are kept for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Support correspondence is kept for 36 months. Server logs are rotated and deleted within 90 days unless they are required for an active security investigation.
6. Contact
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your rights, can be sent to our privacy team. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.
