Terms & Conditions

Last updated 22 October 2026

1. Who we are
SiteWatcher (sitewatcher.ai) is run by Nusoft, based in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or uses SiteWatcher ("you"). When you tick "I agree to the terms and conditions" at sign-up, or simply use the service, you accept them.

SiteWatcher monitors websites (uptime, SSL, screenshots and visual changes, Lighthouse, broken links, SEO and security headers) and sends alerts. It can also host websites you build with its AI website builder.
Open question: add Nusoft's registered address and KvK number here.

2. Your account
• You must be at least 18 and give correct details when you sign up.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your team.
• Team owners decide who joins their team and what those members can do. Owners are responsible for their members' use.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Plans, payment and cancelling
• Each plan has limits (for example, number of sites, team seats, check frequency, AI generations, hosting storage and bandwidth). These are shown on the pricing page and in the app. When you reach a limit, some features stop until you upgrade or the next period starts.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, per month or per year, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods, unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
• If a payment fails, we may limit or pause your account until it is paid.

4. Fair use
Only add websites that you own, or that you have permission to monitor (for example, a client's site). You must not use SiteWatcher to:
• scan, load-test or attack sites you have no right to check;
• try to reach private networks or internal addresses;
• host or send anything illegal, harmful, misleading or infringing, or spam;
• get around plan limits, resell the service without our consent, or interfere with how it runs.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we warn you first.

5. Your content, hosted sites and AI
• You keep ownership of your content: site text, images, uploads and form submissions. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the service for you.
• If we host your website, you are responsible for what is on it and for its legal pages (such as a privacy statement and cookie consent). For form submissions it collects, you are the controller of that personal data.
• AI features (audit summaries, page and text generation) can make mistakes. Check AI output before you publish or rely on it.
• SiteWatcher itself, including its software, design and brand, stays ours.

6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep SiteWatcher running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or that every problem on your site will be caught. Monitoring helps you, but it does not replace your own backups and testing.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, lost data or a missed alert. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy statement and in line with the GDPR (AVG).

8. Ending and changes
You can delete your account at any time. After your account closes, we delete your data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it by law.
We may update these terms. For important changes we email you at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using SiteWatcher after that, you accept the new terms.

9. Law and contact
Dutch law applies. Any dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands. Questions? Email us at the support address shown in the app.
